Soo I finally got a chance to come here and I have to say I was pretty impressed! I had a friend order breakfast from here for me on a whim and I've been wanting to come back ever since.
I ordered a Turkey sausage, egg & cheese with home fries on a roll as a breakfast sandwich for pick up. The person on the phone both times was really nice and efficient with taking my order. Both times I came to pick up, my food was ready warm and very delicious. The roll itself was a "poppy seed" style roll but it was soft and delectable-there was definitely no complaints!
Although the diner itself is small, it gives you kinda that 1950's Elvis feel to it. The staff is very friendly and helps you out right away. The place itself is very clean with a classic style counter/bar to sit at and I felt very welcomed walking in. There is a parking lot right outside which seemed to be somewhat "tight" however each time I went- the parking lot wasn't crowded.
In all honesty, the only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because so far I've only tried one thing on the menu but I have to say my experience both times have been nothing short of amazing. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for breakfast food and burgers as the sign stated outside! -

This place is open 24/7 as per staff when I called which is nice
I was in the mood for a Taylor ham, egg and cheese ( pork roll) .... $3.80 sandwich
Staff was super nice and attentive when I went in
Inside was pretty clean and inviting for an old small diner . Much nicer than what I would have though
Sandwich was so-so though .... not the best I've ever had

I don't play favorites and I won't start now. This is one of the best burger spots/ diners in jersey. I have been to ALOT and this place will always be home. From their crinkle cut fries smothered in cheese wiz, to their juicy sliders on a poppy seed roll and their Taylor ham egg and cheese on a Kaiser, there isn't one thing on this menu I haven't tried or liked. This is open 24/7 and literally has a meal for any time of the day. The people who have worked there since i have been coming here (10+ years) have always been down to earth and accommodating.

Everyone was nice but this was the worst breakfast I've ever tasted in my life. Everything was horrible hash-browns tasted watery. I almost felt like they rushed to cook my sandwich to get me out. The Taylor ham was not cooked it literally was the color of cold cut turkey (the whitest Taylor ham I have ever seen) the ratio of bread to meat and egg was off. All I tasted every bite was the roll. Very disappointed.

Cash only but has an atm on premise.
